Throughout my career I have identified Seven Principles of Effective Leadership. These principles have been proven to work in the most extreme situations. I put these principles to work when I became the CEO of a $96.0M healthcare enterprise in 2006. Dedication to these principles is what allowed our enterprise to experience continued growth even during the economic meltdown.
